Resumen:
Intellectual property is considered an innovative branch for laws that was cultivated over time, from 1813 until this day in which it overcomes cultural and (or) economic barriers, deserving to be legally regulated. The idea of copyright legislation can be traced back to the 15th century, but the first official law traces back to 1710. This law was called the Statute of Anne (American Society of Media Photographers, 2018). After this, copyright all around the world started to develop.
